More snow? Seriously?

I bet you are tired of reading about snow on this blog.  Believe me I am tired of living with snow as I write this blog.  It really just goes on and on.  What a harsh winter so far here in IN.  Josh & Cate are out building a snow fort at the moment.  They have another school cancellation this one due to ice.  It decided to warm up and rain over the weekend and then today we have single digit temps which means everything is iced over.  Stay tuned for 6-10 more inches of snow this week.  Wow!  So all I can really do is post more pictures of fun in the snow!

And when they aren't out in the snow our house looks like this!  Video games or movies most of the day.  Somedays pajamas are the dresscode!

And we had the Super Bowl to entertain us.  Since we are Peyton Manning fans we didn't really enjoy the game much but we did enjoy the snacks and fireplace!

The highlight of our weekend was Sweet Nolan (2year old grandson) came to spend the night.  Josh & Cate love spending time with Nolan.  Grandma and Grandpa love it too!

When Nick and Autumn came to pick up Nolan it was dark, cold and raining.  Not very pleasant to be outside in trying to load gear and a car seat.  We sure loved our Nolan time!

The Chapel services talk alot about making sure we are working towards the right goal.  Are we running the best race we can to bring glory to God?  Pastor Rick says threats to our success are hard heartedness, hard times, and hard choices!  Are we making good choices?  Choices to success are revealed through our character, our conduct, and our converts.  I pray you know Jesus as your savior!  Forget what is behind and strain towards what is ahead.

Run Nolan Run!

I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me.heavenward in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:14

Once again the themes of our life are Faith, Family and Fun!  We love our God!  We love our family!  And life with Josh & Cate is tons of fun!

Thanks for praying for us and reading the blog.
Choosing joy,
Chris & crew
