Easter 2014 God's Not Dead!

Wow we had quite the Easter celebration.  Lots of family, Lots of food, and Lots of fun!
First we had to prepare a few things like the annual bunny cake, deviled eggs, and coloring eggs.

Then the company arrived!  Hello Nolan!

We ate out!

And more eating out!

After lunch out we spent a lot of time outside in the yard hunting Easter eggs, fishing and playing whiffle ball.

It is always hard to say good bye.  We love this kiddo and his parentals like crazy.  Just imagine if human love is this great how great God's love is for us!  Amazing love!
We said good bye to Nick's as Luke's arrived!
Hello Luke & Susi and baby to be!
We love you 3!
Happy Easter Morning!

After church we had more family and more food!  Time to eat out again!

More egg hunting and eating!

Time for more goodbyes!  We dread the driveway scene as they pull away but this is where our faith is tested.   We give all of our family into the hands of Jesus.  God knew them and loved them before they were born so we know He knows and loves them now.  God is alive and on the throne!
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord  Joshua 24:15

Our next grandson is due mid June!
You are looking great Mommy Susi!
So excited to meet this new little one!

Below are some faces of Love!

Happy Easter from the Clark's.  We pray you know and love Jesus!  If you've never trusted your life to Jesus it is not too late.  You can do it right now by asking Jesus into your heart.
Your life won't be free of challenges but it sure makes it more fun to know who wins in the end.
Let Jesus write your story.
He has made everything beautiful in its time.  Ecclesiastes 3:11

Spring Break 2014

Last week was our annual spring break trip to Anna Maria Island.  We had wonderful weather and an all round good time.  God is so good!  Check out the pictures below to see how much fun we had!

Grandma Carol and Grandpa Bob were our send off crew!  They took us to and from the aiport.

We spent many hours each day at the beach and pool.  These kids are quite athletic as you can see!

One of the local shops on the island has a rescue parrott mission.  Every year we see the parrotts outside their store.  These birds are beautiful ....and loud!

Time to leave Sun Plaza West and head to Orlando!

We picked up a spare kiddo!  Michael Oestreich grew up with Josh & Cate at King's Garden Children's Home in the Phillipines.  Michael was adopted to Florida the year after we brought Josh & Cate home.  We have been able to reunite these guys every year on our annual trips south.  So fun to see how God brings these kids back together year after year.  This Friday Michael and his family fly to the PI to bring home another young man.  RJ will be joining the Oestreich family.  God is so good.

Time to say our goodbyes and head back north.  It's never easy leaving but I think these kiddos are starting to get the gist of what having a family is all about.

The faithful pickup crew of Grandma Carol and Grandpa Bob were waiting for us at the airport.  They are ever faithful.  I guess that's what family is all about. One last picture to share of the joy we found on the beach at Anna Maria Island.

God won't leave you, not even for a minute! Isaiah 42:16

Thanks for reading the blog and praying for us.
